What precautions are you taking during the COVID 19 pandemic?

All group fitness classes are held outdoors and/or in a heated open garage allowing for necessary social distancing.  Reduced capacity and registration allows me to properly control the number of participants at each location at any given time.  I rigorously sanitize and disinfect after every class.  Additionally, ALL participants are required to sign a health waiver prior to their first class.

What are HIIT Classes?

High Intensity Interval Training for all fitness levels.  During my HIIT classes we often space out into multiple stations or small groups for brief maximum effort exercises, sometimes involving weights, sometimes just using body mass, others focusing strictly on cardio.  Each station is followed by a short recovery period.  There are no two classes the same and this variety keeps the monotony of 'working out' an afterthought.

What should I bring to classes?

Come prepared to class with a water bottle, workout mat, and your favorite running shoes -  I have everything else you need including weights, resistance bands, and more!

What if I can't do everything in a class?

That's great!  That means you are trying and gives us both something to strive for.  However, modifications are provided throughout the class to accommodate all skill levels and current energy levels.  All of my classes are meant to push you, but at YOUR OWN pace.

What are your general safety protocols?

Just as you would with any new exercise, consult your doctor before starting up.  All of my classes offer a full-body workout and a rigorous cardio experience, so make sure you listen to your body during your class.  I will help you reach your personal best, but your safety comes first.  If at any time during or after a class you feel unusual symptoms, please notify me.

Do I need to sign anything before my first class?

Before participating in your first class, you will need to sign a Health Waiver.  Any participants under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign off.  Waiver is located at the top of the FAQ page.

Kids HIIT classes...really? Tell me more.

Yes, I offer HIIT classes for kids of all ages...and they LOVE IT!  This is a great opportunity to get your children out of the house, away from the screens, and engaged in a fun, safe and healthy session (don't say workout) with their friends.  Think of it as a PE class that they all want to participate in!

What forms of payment are accepted?

At this time, you can pay me through Venmo @alison-rundall or QuickPay/Zelle alisonrundall@gmail.com or cash in person.  Options are shown during online booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel reservations up to two hours of a class's starting time so that someone else can experience the workout you'll be missing.  If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class you will not be refunded.  (If there should be a sudden emergency within the two hour window, please contact Alison directly.)
